Madeira Island prepared a Deliverable on “Madeira Roadmap of Licencing under MSP, Using Sectorial Approach: Aquaculture and Tourism, Recreational and Leisure Activities”
This Deliverable aims to provide a detailed analysis of the maritime licensing process in the Autonomous Region of Madeira (RAM), with a specific focus on two key sectors: tourism (recreational and leisure activities) and aquaculture.
Surveys were carried out and analysed to gain a better understanding of the regional scenario. In addition, case studies of the synergy between these two sectors were analysed and the potential for implementing these synergies was considered in light of the regional reality.
